You can cancel your Sportzi subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

If you're not satisfied with Sportzi within the first 7 days of your subscription, we'll provide a full refund of your subscription fee.

For payments collected through Sportzi for team activities, matches, or events, refund policies are determined by the team manager or event organizer. Sportzi acts as a payment facilitator and will process refunds as directed by the organizing team.
